Musharraf Says Boycott Threat Won't Derail Elections

President Pervez Musharraf, who quit yesterday as Pakistan's army chief, said parliamentary elections will take place on Jan. 8 and dismissed opposition threats to boycott voting unless he steps down and restores the constitution.
